===========================================

I was also ripped off with this company. I paid shipping to receive a google work at home cd, which I never received, and all I got in return was a charge for 72.81 on my debit card. What makes it worse, I am unemployed, and cannot afford for this to come out of my unemployment.

I called the number appearing on my state unemployment debit statement, 1-866-200-5473...to reach a representative located in the phillappines. When I asked what company I was calling, she advised me it was a 3rd party call center that handled multiple companies, so she would tell me when I gave her my information what I was being charged for. The charge that I was looking at was a pending transaction at this time.

Upon looking up my phone number and name, she tells me it is for blazing keywords, which I advise her I did not order or authorize a charge for. She proceeds to try to explain why I would want it, and I again advise her that I do not want this charge, nor do I want to know what it is. I look on my statement from 2 weeks prior, to see the charge for a work at home company that I paid the 1.97 for, and advise the lady that was the only charge that I authorized, and when the site took me through several windows of information, I saw in fine print that I was to be charged monthly, and cancelled via online chat immediately.

I received a confirmation for this cancellation immediately after chatting with an online rep, so I thought nothing more about it until a few weeks later, when this charge appeared and it had the same "A1 Member Services" and phone number on my statement. The rep advised me that she would cancel it and that the money would be returned within 7-10 business days, at which point I admit, I became a bit obnoxious due to the fact that she was telling me to wait 10 days to get grocery money back that I did not give to begin with, and I have a hungry four year old in the house.

The very next day after calling, I see a credit to my account in the same amount that was charged, and a NEW charge for the same amount. When I called my debit card company to be sure what I was seeing was correct, he advised me that the debit card company placed the money back in my account, since the amount was never confirmed (which is where the credit came from), and 4 hours later, this company charged it to my card AGAIN. After I had called to cancel.
