A-1 Tires Ahmed Ali Poor customer service, defective products, poor installation Dallas Texas

I purchased a set of remanufactured tires and rims from the company May 4, 2015. I drove one time and the rim cracked, and a tire blew because of it. I was told by another shop that the rim was defective because it was already cracked and the shop tried to have it repaired for resell. They refused to replace the tire, and I had to buy another tire and set of rims. It took FOUR DAYS to find the rims, they said the warehouse didnt deliver them but I found they came from Mr. Ahmed Ali's other shop.

After they put them on, I drove to work. ON the way home, the ride was bumpy and when I stopped to see why, air had escaped from two of the tires. I had the car towed, and they said it was my fault at first until I had them check for leaks and found that they installed the APMS sensors incorrectly, causing air to leak. They fixed them, but the next day, they developed lumps in two tires and another started leaking air. I took it back to A-1 and they said it was my fauly for driving on low tires.

The issue is, the APMS sensor being improperly installed caused the air to leak while I was driving, and A-1 tires and Mr. Ahmed Ali refuse to honor their work and replace or repair damage done by their lack of proper installation of the APMS sensors which caused the tires to go flat while I was driving. A REPUTABLE shop would take responsibility for their mistake in improper installation. This is not a reputable shop. Avoid at all costs.
