Technician failed to inform me about the trap regulations and then attempted to charge outrageous additional fees. They did not do the agreed upon repairs. They have a service contract that is so fine print and long that it is practically illegible, especially for seniors. When I asked what I was signing because I couldn't read it, they fail to tell you everything that is on the contract. They basically will just show up and put a couple traps out, get hundreds of dollars up front then they never follow up with you, so your lucky if they trap anything.

They expect the customer to check traps, I'm in a wheelchair, but if you touch the trap which they don't tell you not to, they will charge you hundreds of dollars for a "tampering fee". Then they inform you after that this is in the tiny print, extremely long contract...it's a scam. The customer service woman at the main office was rude and unhelpful and will trap you in the unethical contract if you don't take it to an attorney first to decipher it. They continued to send unwarranted additional charges, but did stop only AFTER I threatened legal action as well as calling my congressman, I am a 100% service-connected disabled veteran.

DO NOT trust this business. Additional complaints from other ripped off customers can be found on the BBB website as well as Angie's List, Google and Yahoo Reviews, unfortunately I did not read them before I hired them. In addition, I have talked to my neighbors and other wildlife removal professionals and found out that this business has a very disreputable reputation and regularly rips off consumers.

When our office receives a complaint, the complaint is reviewed immediately with the Wildlife Technician, Field Managers and Office Manager or Owners. Our goal is to resolve a complaint. Our company did the best to meet the needs of this customer but will not be held hostage by a disgruntled customer who bullied and verbal abused our office staff and the Field Technician. We did not give into her demands as she was threatening that she was going to call her Congressman, BBB and who ever she can to defame our company. 

The allegations are false and this customer is maliciously attacking our company for her wrong doing, and we will not tolerate this . Here is a outline of what really happened:

Customer hired our company to remove raccoons from her attic.

AAAC trapped &  removed 3 raccoon from her attic.

Customer or family member moved the traps into her garage with the raccoon in the trap. 

Technician asked her not to move the traps , touch the traps because we needed to get to our traps and the trapped animals 24 hours a day. 

The field technician explained our rules & regulations as also stated on the service agreement- which is clearly visible and disclosed. 

This is when the customer started in with her allegations and would not cooperate with the technician rules on our trapping procedures. 

When a client hires our company they will  not move or touch the traps that is why they hired us. 

Due to the customer not wanting to cooperate we immediately pulled the traps so the animals would not be any any harm and for safety reason for the customer. Usually when a customer tampers with a trap they admit it and say they will not do it again and we continue to finish the job that we were hired to do. This was not the case!

The customer was only charged for services rendered and no other fees were charged as she stated. 

A All Animal Control has a A+ rating with the BBB and has always maintained that record of excellence.
