I ordered the Hair cleansing kit that included a 4 oz Test'in shampoo, a 2 oz hair enchancer for heavy toxins, a hair splash conditioner that they claim are good for all substance, herbal or chemical on a Friday. I paid extra for shipping for a fedex 1-4 day home delivery expecting to receive it on or before Thursday. Did not received the products until Saturday. Called them Friday to complain about the shipment and the reason why I paid extra for shipping. They told me that I will be refunded for the difference in the shipping cost. A week later, It never happened. And with the products, when I received it, the shampoo is not sealed. Hoping that the shampoo is not a return from someone, I used it and the hair splash and the hair enchancer per instruction to the point. I didn't got a call back from the employer. Having said that, I believe that I didn't pass the test and the product is ineffective. I strongly recommend that others stay away from this company.
