A Best Auto Parts Daniel and Cindy WORST experience ever! Beware, SCAMMERS! Brandon Florida

Oxymoron; instead of “A Best” they should be called “A WORST”! Looking for a used Transmission for our Church’s Minivan, “Daniel” from “A Best Auto Parts” called me to offer me “a good used one”. We agreed on $750 and, as required, I paid for it in advance. But after I paid, it was pain from Day 1! “Daniel” and “Cindy” started mistreating me when I asked when I could expect the Part and for the Shipping/Tracking Info due to me. After 2 weeks of hearing evasive answers and begging “DANIEL & CINDY” (that seem to be “Owner & Secretary”), they refused to give me the Tracking/Shipping Info and, instead, “Cindy” went on to quarrel with, yelling that I had no right to call and email them so many times asking for that… At this point I am convinced that they DON’T HAVE that Transmission, that it was never shipped, and that this was nothing but Scam! … Yesterday I emailed them yet again, asking them to simply return our Church’s Money. But it has turned routine for them not to reply to my Emails, neither did they have the decency to call or apologize. Oxymoron; “ A BEST AUTO PARTS” – should be “a WORST” experience!
