I hired Phoenix Dog Training Company A Canine Academy in Phoenix, Arizona and Phoenix Dog Trainer and Owner, Andy Luper.  I had Andy Luper come to evaluate my dog, at that point I had already paid so much I tried the training.  All I got was a dog that can barely walk on a leash.  My dog is aggressive and bit another dog and these issues were never addressed.  Stay away from A Canine Academy and Andy Luper I had  a terrible experience.  I paid a large fee just to have him come out then paid alot more for training that was useless.  My dog barely walks on a leash, won't come when called, still jumps, and most of all the aggression was never dealt with.  I would not reccomend Andy Luper and I would not reccomend A Canine Academy.  We had great results with Mark at www.(((REDACTED)))

an obvious contrivance

AUTHOR: andy - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 11, 2010

This report is a contrivance posted anonymously. I have not, in recent months, according to my recollection, worked with anyone named Bob, in Paradise Valley. I have never worked with a client and ignored their main concerns. In fact I always address it at the outset and solve such issues oftentimes in minutes in one lesson, or on the initial consultation/mini-lesson I offer. My clients are told verbally and in writing that my interest does not end when a client decides to graduate their dog. So why would a real client post something like this here instead of utilizing their Lifetime Guarantee?

I am the dog trainer that brought IN-Home dog training to Az. in 1976 with documentation of satisfied clients. Some people in my profession credit themselves with decades of experience, which would make them less than 10 years old, when their "professional experience" allegedly started, according to their age). I am the first dog trainer ever to guarantee results on dog training in Az. The first to be a member,(formerly), of the BBB, with no unresolved complaints. The first to have a website in 1995. Formerly or currently the State Representative and, or Regional Director of 3 professional organizations, and member of other organizations. The local media repeatedly calls my partner and me for comments in print, or appearances on TV- (many posted at www.cyberdog.com ). I am the co-author of the highly acclaimed "Never..,Never Hit Your Dog" with excerpts published in national publications and other trainers books. I am the guy who designed the first instructors course approved by the state of Arizona, the first trainer in Az. to train dogs for 5 feature length television and motion picture productions, and dozens of commercials and ads.

But what I am most proud of is the almost instantaneous results my clients see without the use of harsh techniques or shock collars. When people meet with me what they see is what they get, and are Always treated with respect and professionalism and shown my specialty- "Results"! Results on aggression problems in minutes at my training center in one lesson, not weeks or months; even when 3-4 other trainers have failed. The reason for my satisfaction rate is simple: I never consider the job done until my clients tell me so, and comment in writing. Numerous non- anonymous testimonials can be seen on my websites www.dogtrainerphoenix.com and www.dogboardingphoenix.com to see why our clients voted us "Best of Phoenix" sees what they have to say at- http://www.bestofgreater.com/phoenix/A-Canine-Academy-Intl-Dog-Training/reviews.html

When I say "I have never met a dog I couldn't train" it is because it is true; not because I heard a competitor or former employer say it and think it sounds good. The concepts on our sites and even some wording is often copied and monitored by our frustrated competitors who focus on volume rather than results. In fact, this slanderous unfounded posting appeared only a few days after we updated the content on our website with a reference to ripoffreport. The logistics dont work, the client does not exist, and we are strongly considering following state law to obtain the subpoenas required to uncover the identity of this author.
