A & E Factory Service NO show - NO service Round Rock, Texas

Scheduled a service appointment for today between 8-12 and was told tech would call 30 mins. before arrival. When I had received no call by 11:45 I called them and was told they only scheduled 8 - 5 and a tech would be here. When I had heard nothing by 4:30 I called again and was told the tech was running behind and she would send him a message to call me with an estimated arrival time. I then received a call at 5 and a so-called "service" clerk in the home office said they did not have a technician that could come to my house today and that he would reschedule. Thank God the Whirlpool company has a contract with a local service company and I have scheduled a service appointment with them. I would NEVER use A & E! A & E is a nationwide company headquartered in Texas. This happened in Georgia. They are a big company that cares nothing about individuals since they have contracts with major appliance dealers.
