A EASTERN CONNECTION DID NOT PAY OUR COMPANY FOR JOB WELL DONE Bayville, New York, New York

I can totally relate to all these other reports I'm reading on here. A Eastern Connection contracted our towing company for well over 15 jobs, and to this day have not paid us!!!

We began to see that this company was not very reliable when they started leaving cars in our lot for months. I personally spoke with some of their customers (who had nothing good to say about them) about what was going on and I asked when their cars would be picked up, they all said the same, that they were just getting the run around.

We had some cars sitting in our lot for up to 6 months!! Everytime I would call their company they said the cars would be out by Monday, but Monday never came. When I would call about getting paid, they also referred me to Marguerite, Who of course was NEVER in the office.

Finally after weeks of calling and leaving messages to Marguerite, who never answered back, I asked Juan who was the primary company contact through their company if I could speak to his manager. He referred me to John who when I explained everthing and asked for a payment, he got very nasty and started cursing at me.

He said for us to take him to collections and TRY to collect money, because he was not gonna pay us a cent! He said he would also write to the BBB, consumer affairs and everyone else he knew to bad mouth our business. That we should watch out cause "he knows alot of people". When he was talking or I should say yelling, he wouldn't let me speak at all, if I tried to say something, he would just talk over me. He was so unprofessional, and he tried talking like a Soprano Gangster, with all his threats and cursing.

Bottom Line: They're Crooks!
