A grade Auto Jeff Jones Refund scam internet

This is not a reputable company. I ordered a "salvaged" part from them. Upon arrival of part I found I could not use it. I sent the part back to A grade auto as per instructions by Jeff Jones.  I paid $585.99 for the part. Jeff informed me I was being charged $220.99 for shipping both ways. My refund would be $365.00. He said that amount would be credited back to my account. It has been 10 days since I sent the part back. 7 days since Jeff Jones said I would get a refund. Now he won't answer any e-mails addressed to him or answer any phone calls. I have no refund credited to my account. I thought I was dealing with a reputable company who was f faithful to their word.
