a happy deal never received android tablet. charged it they took money. ordered it 3 months ago china, Nationwide

I ordered an android tablet for my son for christmas on Dec 14th.  We charded it.  You took the money and we still haven't received it.  We contacted you several times and noone could speak English, let alone help us.  I'ts ridiculous that you have never respnded to our 54 emails we sent.  we will never use this company again.  we want our tablet and also think we should receive one for free for compensation.
