This is a complete scam. The operator is a fraud. Greedy. Ripped off 10 grand and wasn't able to complete my stay. It's very disappointing.

A complete scam that will cost you 10 grand a month, or maybe a few days if you don't "agree" with the operator John Derry. The operator is a fraud. I was asked to leave after a few days and did not receive a receive a fund for my 10 thousand dollars. I have since discovered this has happened several times there.If you stay, what do you get - a few counselling sessions by him where he puts you down and makes you feel like crap - which I didn't agree with.
