We paid $1900.00 to a the studios for photos of our wedding in 2003. After the wedding we got our proofs and were told everything was paid for. 4 months after the wedding Al Esposito and his studios disappears.
In November I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau and they located Al. Al send us an email and in it he never said he was sorry for his disappearing act. He also inform us that he wants $214 more so he can give us our photos. Unacceptable.
My wife called him shortly after the email and he went on blaming us for his studio's short coming. Turning the phone into a screaming match, reducing my wife to tears calling her a liar and cooking up as much BS as he could. Ending the phone call by hanging up on her.
I would not buy water ice from this guy in the middle of the desert.
