My husband paid $ 1200.00 to Juan otero from A& j Flooring in Miami Fl to fo a kitchen renovation and the men never showed up, there were excuses after excuses. And after we got tired and requested our money he simply said that he did not have money What I do not understand is how could someone like that stil have a business and No one does anything go help us consumers to be protected against Juan ote err o I took him to court, but I feel like consumers are the one bring punish Punish instead of Juan Otero who has been ripping of people and it seems like He is getting away with that.
