A New Concept Offered modeling classes and jobs for my son San Diego California

Two years ago this company was at a kids expo at Qualcomm stadium where they took kids head shots and said that if your child is what they were looking for they will give you a call back. We got a call for my son back within a week. Went in and was promised a free photo shoot and head shots. We paid $500 plus for his modeling classes for one year plus two photo shoots, and a promise to get jobs.

The modeling classes were ok but never had a constant instructor and it took us over one year to graduate from the classes to get to the jobs because they never documented what classes each child had taken. They never explained to us when the two photo shoots were to be. And than when I complained they set them up, but tried to charge $50 per photo they we wanted for a portfolio. Then my son was set up for a so called casting call but A New Concept had a "computer problem" which deleted all of my sons photos two days prior to the event which made me have to go back in to do yet another shoot. Promised me a call back but never got any. They also tried to get me to sign more paper work because they "miss placed" my former copies.

Neither my son nor I got anything out of this experience and were completely dissatisfied with their professionalism.
