This company has zero integrity. I ordered  car port on 5/3/16 based on the company stating they would install in 2-3 weeks. as of today (6/11/16) I still have no carport installed. These people have fabricated so many stories to try and justify theor poor performance they should be best sellers on fiction novels. I've never seen a company that lacks more integrity than these people. They scheduled and canceled my install 5 times and when I complained  they pushed me further back in line. They took my deposit (they say they don't but you cant order without it) and then screwed me for weeks. Each time I called I got blew off and pushed to another person( Amber, Tracey, Luis) until I finally called the owner (Lisa -the joke) who said she would look into it and call me back but never did. These people will stress you out on an emotionally roller coaster like Six Flags over Texas, always stringing you along, telling you in a few days you'll get what you paid for but never delivering.

They're traveling gypsy road show of installers is not different, and dont speak a lick of English. The closest I got to an install was a few days ago when they called and said they would be here by 4, never showed, they said by 6, never showed. I figured they might show up the next morning but that didn't happen. I called A Plus ( who should change their name F-, and they said the crew went on to their next jobs. Of course I asked, since it's been 6 weeks and I was next on the list, how did they just decide to bypass me again (5th time) and move on to people who probably haven't been on the list for 3 weeks. They had no answer but I'm sure it was because I complained. They said they would do it this Saturday but they never showed or called again. 

I'm done with these people, the money they stole from me isn't worth the stress they continue to put me through. The Three Stooges could run a better outfit  than these guys. If you have any common sense you will avoid them at all costs or face the same ordeal . Don't think you will be the exception.  

al, I wanted to just get what was promised and what I paid for but these people have no concerned for customer, only money. They won't be in business long.

 In order to respond to a customer complaint, a customer name would be helpful. We have a program where we document all conversations and can look up the details and share them for any particuar customer. 

Once the customer name is released, the reason for this particular customer's delay in scheduling can be clarified. It definitely is not on our end. We offer a 2-3 week installation. Some customers are installed within 2 days. 

We are a honest company with high integrity and have no need to fabricate stories. We do not claim to be perfect nor does everything always run perffectly in any business involving travel and construction but we always do the right thing. 

Chances are that this customer has paid a deposit to a third party and A Plus has not recieved one dime of the customer's money. Typically, our company does not recieve one cent until after we install a building. 

Lisa is not the owner of this company and does not claim to be. She is plant manager and fills her position very well.

We have 24 different independent crews we can hire to install our buildings. If the customer has had contact with a crew with broken English, the broken English would not have been a factor in the customer's building being installed. There are some missing facts in the customer's complaint. The customer would have never spoken to the installer unless it would have been on site since we handle dispatching through our office, and the customer yet is not mentioning an installer actually arriving to the site. There has to be more to this story. 

We have been in this line of business for 14 years, and still standing strong. The name A+ is from a BBB rating that was held for a long period of time. We are currently an A- due to a name change which is neccessary to incorporate a business. 

With that being said, once a customer name is released, we will be more than happy to reveal the actual truthful version as to why the customer has not been installed yet, and attempt to resolve the situation on Ripoff.com.

I want to update my comments as they were made out of a high degree of frustration

It is true that A Plus has canceled 3 deliveries and  had 2 no shows with their road crews. It has also been 6 weeks and the carport is not installed. 

The deposit I paid was made in Ohio and A Plus is in NC ,but I was told that APlus required it and therefore I have been of the belief they they have my deposit. they ard stating the deposit does not go to them, but to the company that initiated the sale and if that's true then I agree that A Plus did not rip me off for the money and I retract that statement. 

The  customer service has been poor in my opinion and there has been multiple delays and conflicting communications to why Which has created a great deal of emotional  stress and hardship on me and my family.  I do not know how many times the company can cancel before the contract is void but I feel as though  have passed that time. If the contract is open ended and scheduling  and cancellations can be indefinite then I would agree they did not break the contract. I don't know but I would think at some point it has to be voided. 

I understand that weather can and will cause delays but  time I spoke to a person at A Plus they told me it was issue not related to weather. This situation mpay be a series of misunderstands that have not been effectively commicated but it has caused significant emoitional distress to me and my family. Maybe it's anomaly in this situation , I don't know but it has been  for me and  just want to move on.

Clarify the title on the complaint

To clarify on the lost money, A Plus requires a deposit  at their sales points. I don't know if that money goes to them or the sales people but in any event I will loose the money because I have to walk away from this company due to the stress and frustration they have caused me. I also lost 1 1/2 days of work because I took the time off for installations that never happened. 

 additional note, when the installers actually called they told me th factory ot the order wrong and instead of a 20x26 building, they loaded a 20x21 building. I told them I would take it anyway because I was so frustrated I just wanted to get something installed and not loose my deposit. But again, they never showed up. 

Based on all of these things I believe they broke their contract because the missed their 2-3 week window and and never delivered after 6 weeks. They offered no discounts  solid solutions. You can't just makeping promises er and never deliver. At some point a customer just has to walk away and realize it's never going to happen.
