 I had gotten a loan from A Plus Financial on July 2012 in the amount of $300. I was really struggling by having a hard time paying it off. Three months later, collection calls me and tells me they are going to file a lawsuit to have my wages garnished, so we worked a solution to help me get caught up on my loan. Few months later and as of today, I checked my account and saw that they withdrew $95 dollars out which I had no intention of paying it off but wanted to make smaller payments of $30 which we talked about that before and the pay the rest off later on. So I thought paying it off was fine, which they told me to I could apply for another loan anyways. I wanted to borrow the money so I can pay off my court fines and other bills. I went through all of the trouble of printing out bank statements, two recent paystubs, and plus sending my ID and my utility bill. Then I drove all the way over to Office Depot and wasted $16 to fax over my documents and spoke to one of the reps who is incompetent as ever, as she was saying to wait for an answer. An hour later, I called back and told me I got denied of the application!!! After all that time they duped me and took 95 dollars of my hard earned money out of my account and then have the nerves to tell me I'm denied of the loan. I just thought it was wrong of them to even go into my account in the first place and take money out with out my authorization.

This company A Plus Financial are nothing but a group of low-life scumbags, with customer service who lack just about everything but their pea-sized brains. They screw hard working people over out of their money after they are going through hard times in life and then deny them of the loan application. Every dog has their days and sooner or later they won't last for a verly long period of time. They sure practce the fine art of predatory lending and they should be shut down at all cost.
