A-Protect Warranty Irene Bromberg, Vadim Tsatskin, Faina Tsatskina, Alex A Front for a Russian Mafia Theft Ring for Cars - OMVIC should recall the license issued to A-Protect North York, Ontario

This is a front for a Russian car theft ring.  It was originally in Drumlin Circle.

The company was in the name of Vadim Tsatskin, the husband of Irene Bromberg until 2007.

They change the VIN numbers on vehicles and ship them to Russia.

Vadim Tsatskin is currently in jail for fraud, although his mother has all the money he stole from
investors in trust accounts in Panama and Cypress in order that he appears penniless in Canada
and has a major bank account to access once he is clear of prison.  He stole $10 Million from investors
together with two men in Kentucky, a crooked lawyer called Bryan Coffman and Gary Milby.

Irene Bromberg and her mother in law also opened another bogus company at 2727 Steeles Avenue
West as a front to free Vadim Tsatskin sooner from jail and clear his record.  It is called Federal Pardons
and Waivers.  It is a total fraud.  The Law Society should immediately close down Federal Pardons and
Waivers together with the Toronto Fraud Squad.

OMVIC should revoke the license immediately for A-Protect Warranty and the Toronto Fraud Squad
should immediately close down the business at 2727 Steeles West to save the Ontario public from
financial losses.
