A R Booting, Inc. Rip-off Miami Florida

We parked our vehicle in 8th St and Miami Avenue, Downtown Miami. We parked in a small Shopping Mall that is located in front of the Brickell City Centre. Then proceeded to go into one of the restaurants. We returned after 1 hour to find two boots on the car and a Warning in the window. I called the number in the window to try to get the boots removed. The dispatcher and the truck driver were very rude and, of course, totally unsympathetic and indicated I have to pay $89.00 ransom to get the boots off.

This is a  clear definition of EXTORTION and a unconcealed example of Highway Robbery. I checked the Company A R Booting, Inc. in the Florida Division of Corporations to find out that the address of the owner (Adam Radillo) is not listed, well, no surprise there, it is common for thieves to try to hide from justice. 

Be aware of this extorsion. Be very careful when parking in any area in Downtown Miami. Deceitful Business Owners are just waiting for the minimum mistake on your end.
