I hired Jamie Semprivivo aka “A+ roofing” for a contract to repair a roof. He never did the work and the work he did do wasn’t up to code. He is refusing to return the down payment of $2,700. I’m now dealing with small claims court to get my $2,700 back for the work he never did. DO NOT hire this guy. He is a scam artist.
