A Sensory Sound And Video Passionate videographer gets job through Craigslist then doesn't get paid for it. Sacramento, Carmichael Internet

I will show you my emails originating before I did the gig on August 9th 2008 After this I have been emailing them per President's (John Kay) request but no response. I have called very other day to get this check and I am being told the Bride and Groom had several issues one being that I had someone with me to help watch my other camera and to assist me, and two they said I was wearing bedroom slippers.

If you had two very expensive cameras and you need to leave one along while you got your shots would you leave it by itself or would you have an assistant help you? Actually the Bride and Groom were telling me how happy they were that we were there and even extra early even though the email said to be there at a certain time.

Once I had arrived extra early the bride and groom were already starting to get ready which was one of the shots they had requested. After everything I reviewed the tapes (excellent footage if I say so myself) I sent the tapes priority mail to the address I had to call and get in Ohio. The tapes were received but no check was ever sent. I call, online chat, email, and the only one that seems to get grease is calling even though The President says he will call me, he doesn't he said he believed my word over theirs and would get the check sent out in a couple days. That was last week and still no check.

Now I am back to talking to him again about these complaints yet when I asked him for their address in Sacramento he gives me a bunk address to the UPS Store in Carmichael, CA Here is the agreement that I accepted via email yet never spoke with a live person until after they got their shot.

I actually have 2 events I'm trying to get covered. They are listed below. Let me know if you can help with either one. Both are 2 cam shoots, but one of the cams is stationary (tripod ok) so no need for a 2nd shooter. Pay is $300 on SAC event, $350 on SFC. Let me know if you can help with either one.
