A T & T And New Link Network LLC A T & T and New Link Network RIPOFF San Antonio Texas

Received a bill from AT&T with an additional $12.95 plus tax charge on our Dec. and Jan. phone bill. The $12.95 was from a company called New Link Network LLC for a monthly fee for VMAIL, whatever that is. Called AT&T who referred me to New Link. When I called New Link, they told me a "Laurie Synder" had ordered the service on the internet and must have "mistakenly" put our phone number in to be billed. What a line of crap. If the wife hadn't have asked me about the extra charges, who knows how long it would have gone on. New Link said they'd refund the charges and it would appear in one to two billing cycles. We'll see. It pays to check your bills for unauthorized charges
