A to Z auto salvage in palmetto gorgia they told me on the phone that they had a transmition for my ford truck and the cost was 650 dollars apon me calling him the second time he said he did not have one but he would rebuild mine so i took it out ov my truck and drove to pallmetto to deliver it to him and the agreement was half up front rest when it was done. they are theives and arent good people Palmetto Georgia

 my transmission went out in my 1996 ford f 150 4x4 . so i was recomended to A to Z auto salvage for a transmittion by our tool man at work. so the tool man called him while i was standing there and the man at a to z told the tool man he had one for 650 dollars so when i got home i called him my self and he also told me he had one and it was 650 dollars .

so i took the transmition out and took it there and he had told me to pay half then and rest when it was repaired . but when i got there he wasnt there his i quess manager was . and i counted out three hundred and fifty dollars half of the money . and the manager said that it wasnt enough that he was told the transmition was going to have to be rebuilt becouse they lied and did not have one on the shelf so we arqued but i had no choice but to pay it becouse i have to have my truck so i paid three hundred and fifty . and left the transmition to be rebuilt he called me a week later and said it was done so i went to pick it up and i paid the rest of the 950 dollars in the sum of 584 dollars. and picked up my transmition and took it home and after starting to put it in my truck seen it was missing six pan bolts and the safty nutral switch was about to fall off.

so i called him he said he would pick the transmittion up and repair it again. i asked him what he would charge to put the tranny in my truck sence they would have it any how he said two fifty i said ok . he came and picked it up on a roll back and had it a week he called me on a monday and said they found some wires broke . and couldnt find were they went. i told him they were not broke when he came got my truck so he needed to fix them . he then called me on wensday and said my battery was bad i told him i had just bought it it wasnt bad he then called me on thursday morning and said he had to put 5 and a half quarts of motor oil in it i didnt give him permition to and he put battery termanal ends on it i again didnt give him permition to .

he called me thursday knight and said my truck was done and that it needed a tune up that it was skipping really bad i again told him that it did not becouse i had just put a complete tune up on it the week the transmition went out i ask him if my truck was done he said it was and that i could drive it home so i got someone to take me to get it and i paid a nother three sixty fife and got my keys and when i went to get in my truck i seen parts that were never put back on my transmition and after opening the door i seen my air filter and o2 senser plug that they broke laying in the floor boord so i cranked my truck up and it wouldnt even go in gear .

so i went back in and they told me they didnt know what to say to me and the owner called me and said he would tow it back home for me for fifty dollars and i went back up there to give him the keys to tow it and he told me he was not going to tow it for me and he wasnt going to fix it all the time hes yelling at me the customer and cursing me out . so please if theres any atorneys out there that can help me i need it . and please public beware ov a to z auto salvage in palmetto gorgia they are bad pepole doing really bad bisness and they will still your money and not fix your car !!!!!!!
