They maintain an expertise in several areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Yochay Hindy stated the following about his company, "we do anything with exterior, interior, residential, or commercial we do it all basically." He additionally stated, "We are fully licensed and insured and EPA certified with many years of experience. We like to keep our clients happy that's the main thing. We do not leave until our clients are happy."

Leads for A to Z Renovations Inc are obtained through several different avenues including repeat customers and online marketing. Potential clients can inquire about services through A to Z Renovation's website. After an initial discussion of needs, " after we talk to the client about the scope of work that they want to be done we take a full-length detailed video from inside the house and all the details that we spoke of. We are sending it over to our office the...office manager looks at all the details she has to make it easier to put on a template and estimate all the scope of work that we spoke of and then we send it over to the email via email to the client. He looks at it likes it he has questions he calls about it we work it until it is 100%. Once they approve it we take a deposit and we go ahead and start the process of the paperwork."

Mr. Hindy was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Hindy expressed that being involved in the world of construction his company can face unexpected setbacks. In order to remedy this, he is always transparent with his clients on the status of their construction. He further expressed, "I would see why he is not happy you know and try to have a nice conversation and make sure that he understands that we are there for him and then he tells us what the problem is you know and then we tell him we schedule a meeting to see what the problem is and then we send the guys to fix it up. There’s nothing that can't be resolved. The guy you know the real client he wants to make sure it is done the correct way and can always be resolved."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Hindy expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report were created by a disgruntled ex-employee. In order to further assure future and current clients, "we are fully licensed and insured if that helps you. We are EPA certified. In construction, you just need to be licensed and insured. And if you are EPA certified that helps you also as far as being an environmental company."
