A T&T wireless Well, due to At&t incompetence of not having decent " towers", I called them when I got my bill today for an additional $40.00 for a restoration fee, when I did not have any service because of where I was visiting!! Nationwide

I was put on hold for 30-60 seconds when Kim the representative comes back on to tell me that He could not get approval = what a lousy Greedy company!! I've been with them for 6 years & this is how they treat me??!! I hope your company looses as many customers due to your poor loyalty brand treatment.

 Stay away from the worst cellular phone company as their staff does not help you when you call in to ask to remove a restoration charge. Their Service has gotten poor at best, good bye AT&T = I will tell everyone I know to never use your service!!

There is a slight problem with your RipOff..

There are a few issues with your "RipOff".

First if you have had service with them for 6 years, you know when your bill is due as it is due on the same day EVERY month.  They also do not disconnect your service unless you are several days late(I believe it is usually about 10 days).

Next they offer serveral ways to pay including by mail, Internet, and ANY phone.  If you say you were not able to access any of those, then you can hardly blame AT&T for not having a Cell Tower as you would have to be in the middle of Nowhere.

There is also something you failed to mention.  What is your history with them?  Have you been on-time every single month the entire 6 years?  Have you ever had a payment returned?  As your history with them in the past could also be a determination.  You also failed to mention how many days late you actually paid.

Oh and one final item.  If you have been with them for 6 years, you are either off contract with them, and/or have renewed at least once.  If they were really a problem you would not have kept with them this long.  They ONLY became a problem is when they failed to make an exception for your self entitled attitude.
