A T&T Wireless Ripoff LIES on Billing statements Anaheim Hills California

OK! When I saw an advertisment from the AT&T website I was happy to see that a $350 NOKIA 6800 and a $275 NEC 515 were FREE!! I went ahead and bought them and purchashed the $39.99 family plan and the $7.99 M-Mode for both phones. I get my merchandise shipped via Fed-EX overnight FREE!! I take them out the box pop in the sim-card, charge em' and WOW! there all ready to go. The phones worked great and I was also able to go on-line check my minutes and all, which I did nightly. All is whop-E-doo, that is until I recieve my bill.

Might I mind you this is my FIRST bill!!!!
I get my bill and the first thing I see is an BALANCE FORWARD of $89.78. So I call the customer Service number and waited for 1hr. 6min. then I had to stay on the phone for another 46min. 36sec debating with the women TELLING me that there was a billing error. Finally after a !!WAR!! they realized they were wrong and gave me a CREDIT. I paid a fair bill for my 1st month and again thought everything was fixed?

Gee-Wiz The same nice envelope, with the BEAUTIFUL At&T logo comes, and guess what, this time there is a bill for $345.89 claiming I went over 280 min in my 600 minutes, yet the bill shows that I only USED 280 min. Again I call same Stupid excuse. Same credits. Again I pay a fair bill And all is happy. !

Until I get my next bill for $176.63. I call em' wait a long time. This time the guy reviews my bill and puts me on hold to go and talk to his supervisor. "I think they are going to discuss my bill "we'll maybe in a way' so the guys boss gets on the phone and tells me "That I have been taking advantage of the COURTESY of their company and no more credits". And that all of my previous credits will be charged to my account.

About an hour later they call me. I should put them on hold for an hour, but they apologized and asked if there is anything that they can do. (WELL' d**n AN ANSWER) I said YES! Take that mess of my bill. Never seen it. This goes on every month after and the stories get better but I'm tired.

To all people seeking a wireless phone service. This is not the way. STAY AWAY!!! do not come near this company they will RIP- You -OFF.

Oh! to all current customers if you have to call AT&T call when you are not tired, because the longer you stay on the more mistakes they will find on the bill and they will RAT themselves out and they will get tired of your complaing and give you a COURTESY CREDIT so you shut-up.
