A-US Air Conditioning added over 3-lb of R22 Freon to my 6-lb AC unit (XB1000 Trane) without checking for leak. Less than 24 hours later, the AC was not cooling again and the 3-lb of R22 Freon they added is probably released back into the environment. this sort of unprofessional and incompetent customer service is harmful to the environment. They charged me $200 and did not fix the problem.

 Not standing behind your work and not listening to customer my inside unit was broke they worked on outside replaced motor 2 capacitors bragged about being smart talked crap about my dogs and said its fixed all the time trying to sell routine maintenance 3hours later my air is broke and no after hours numbers were answered next day they want 275 to come and look at original problem beside the previous visit Israel needs to be an attorney not service tech rip off
