I was called by a telemarketer named Patty who works for Roy Lague at A1 Marketing Unlimited. Patty promised my timeshare would be sold in 2 weeks and that the fee for this service would be $699 in advance.
When I told her I did not believe her because I had tried this two other times and was ripped off, she put her boss on the phone to do the hard sell. His name was Roy Lague and he promised to be my "personal liason" and see me through the sale in 2 weeks.
By the time they were done with me, the $699 had gone up to $799. Roy said the extra $100 was a "profile fee".
It has been over 6 months and I've never heard a word from Patty or Roy. When I have called the office, I am told Patty no longer works there and Roy is always unavailable.
If you receive a call from Roy Lague, or any of his representatives, hang up. Do not listen or you will get hustled and conned like I did. I am embarrassed to admit that this is my 3rd time being ripped off.

Roy Lague has not marketed for A1 Marketing Unlimited, Inc. for over 2 years.
Complainant did not contact A1 Marketing Unlimited/ corporate with complaint, although phone numbers and email contact information is on website.

One might ask her why she never contacted corporate with her complaint. Our website has the corporate phone number on the first page, our email address is in the "contact us" section, and we respond to all queries by email within 24 hours. Cherryl Shaw does not have an account with us, does not have a timeshare listed with us, is not on any call records going back to December of '07, no contract canceled or otherwise. If she really exists, she is welcome to continue her complaint with A1 Marketing Unlimited, Inc. through any of the channels mentioned above.
