Went to A2Z Wellness to get a massage treatment of 50 minute, thought 60 minutes.  Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk asked for advanced payment before starting treatment.  This is number one alarming sign.  They advised me to get the treatment from a student who is practicing and learning.  This is was another mistake to accept.  In the room, a woman called Ruth, I do not know if this is her real name or not, barely speaks English, and had no idea whatsoever on how to perform the treatment.  When I kept questioning her performance, she left the room in the middle of the session by saying "this is what I know."  When I asked the front desk girl, I do not know if she is the owner, to send another therapist or refund me the money that I paid in advance, she refused and said have no one else.   I do not know how this business operates and teaches other potential people to become therapists.  They call themselves a massage school.  Never accept massages from students at this place, even if they provide you a little cheaper rate, otherwise you will walk out with a strain and paiful body>
