AA Auto Protection AA auto warranty THEY ARE CROOKS BEWARE!! Internet

Do not get involved with them! I was looking for a warranty for my car and my friend told me that they heard of them some where. Anyways I decided to give them a try and contacted them. I talked to some guy name Peter H., we talked about all the plans and I decided on one. I gave them my information and stuff BUT I decided that I wanted to look them up and do some more research on them. So I told them to call me back next day to get MY APPROVAL to charge my card. That night I did my research about them and found a lot of bad reviews and how they never honor their claims. So I made up my mind that I didnt want to use them. The next day came and they called me but I was in class and wasnt able to pick up my phone. They left me a voicemail saying that I didn't need to call them back and that they were going to charge my card. I was FURIOUS because I NEVER APPROVED the charge. When I got out of class I called them 5 times and they never picked up, so i decided to leave them a message and told them NOT to charge my card and to call me back. But they never called me back. Couple days later I found out they charged me, so i decided to give them a call and get my refund because i never agreed. I talked to some guy and he said he would refund me and they never did, it was my fault that i didn't get a conformation for the refund on the phone. So then I went through my credit card company hoping that they would help me get my money back, but they sided with them saying that I gave them my information and card. I gave them my information BUT I NEVER GAVE THEM MY APPROVAL TO CHARGE ME. I told them to CALL and get my approval first and they just went on and CHARGE with out my CONSENT. I called AA auto warranty to complain and all they did was mock me and said that i shouldn't have gave them my information. I'm still trying to get my refund back since September. IM JUST REALLY MAD BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE THEM MY APPROVAL. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOOOOOOKS
