Say what you want little man.  Why would I or anyone else on here want you to know who we are?  I don't have to prove myself to you.  The correct authority has been notified and you will find out in time who I am, because I am willing to testify against you.  You think I'm afraid of you or something?  No, I have seen the way you operate, and if you know who I am, you would not stop harassing me or (how cute) try to threaten me.  Lol.  You have no scare factor whatever, and I don't really give a s**t that you think by typing that last post, I will be scared and come forward and tell you who I am.

What the hell do I care how much it would cost to keep Hemlall in jail?  I'm not going to keep him away from there because of tax payers' money.  Its exactly where he deserves to be and will be soon enough, when I'm done with him.  What sort of logic is that?  So we should keep our prisons empty and our streets filled with criminals?

So its okay for Hemlall to steal money from hard working people and not do their jobs?  You are saying this is okay?  I have personally seen all his fraud and I will vouch/testify for all of it, UNDER OATH.  So you don't worry your empty little head about how much it will cost tax payers to put and keep his short a*s in prison.  He will probably get his a*s deported anyway back to Guyana, and the prisons there are not at all cushy like the ones here.  He knows that.  Perhaps that is why he is making such a ridiculous plea.

Yes, Hemlall's family are decent people. But they are not on trial here.  And if he cared so much about them, he shouldn't have started fraud in the first place.  So it's his screw up that his family has to suffer, not mine.   So guilt doesn't work here my friend.  Try again.

Why would I want to get the best out of him and help him?  He doesn't give that to anyone else.  He is not my problem to help.  You help him since you seem to care about him so much.

And as far as YOU taking a lot of time to get that license for concrete testing, then how come YOU don't sign those reports?  You are NOT there in the office when these reports go out.  YOU do not do soil testing and concrete testing MOTWANI...so give me a friggin break.  You are so use to dealing with a bunch of dumb asses you assume everyone else is clueless.  Wrong my friend, I got enough information on both of you, so if you want to keep sticking up for this little man, then be prepared to lose your license as well.

Why are you so worried about this man?  You know you are commiting fraud as well just by assisting him in this behavior.  So you may want to rethink your position here. 

Why are you assuming his wife would go on welfare?  Isn't that assuming she is not capable of taking care of herself?  She would be just fine without Hemlall.  If he loved her so much perhaps he would consider putting the house in her name instead of his mother's or his children's.  So you get your facts right before you come on here and make yourself look equally foolish as Hemlall.

So take your righteous a*s back to Hemlall and tell him you think its best for him to learn how to turn around and bend over, because he will be needing those skills in prison.

I have invested lot of time in getting the license for concrete testing lab. Even if Mr. Hemlall is a devil, his family is very good. I know his wife, son,daughter very well. They are very decent people. I like to work with them.
Even if u succeed in putting him in jail, it will cost the Government $50000 a year. Also it will cost another $50000 a year if his wife goes on welfare. All this money comes from your and mine tax dollars.
Therefore the wisdom is to get best out of him. He has helped my clients to get GC permit at low price. They did the work themselves. I got them C of O.
Even if he is a sick person(sexually), we should help him to get proper treatment. All men have some problem including me. We should help each other instead of hurting each other. I am not trying to be your father or pastor. I am trying to be righteous.

Its obviously obvious that the report that was written above was not from Mr.Motwani Nari, dont you agree Lydia? Didnt I just make it clear that you can post as any name? Maybe to prove my point I should do a follow-up report and post as the same name "Mr.Motwani" posted? These secretaries in Hemalls office are liars and fakes as well. You are aiding a man who treats you like s**t, and pays you below what you deserve!! He makes his money while you do all the work and get paid like cheapstakes!

The employees in the office have to file for unemployment while getting paid under the table to make ends meet. This same employee whom Hemlall calls dirty and disgusting behind his/her back. That he/she would make a disgusting housewife? Pay attention people. This man talks about you behind your very backs. Before you step into the office in the morning, hes already making remarks about you. Not only that hes onto your little games. Hes very well aware that his company is being used for side jobs, with Mr.Nari's help.

Honestly, I would never call hemlall stupid. Hes actually very smart. Hes been frauding and stealing money for the past 10+ years. I call him a smart motherf**ker. He knows how to deal with the client and chase them away without gettting their money worth. He knows how to trick simple-minded people like himself. And i applaud him for that. But those same people end up in jail at some point. Where he'd get f**ked in the a*s by some big black man! I hope thats your destiny. I can't believe how quick you were to defend this guy.  The same guy who has been running fraud on you for the longest while.  Did you believe he is a good guy, because he tells you he does good things?  There isn't one person I've met that has either worked for Hemlall or paid him to do a job, that didn't complain about this man.  You are the first one to defend him.  Is it because you are going along with this fraud so you too can put money in your pocket, or are you just plain blind and would believe anything he tells you? 

He is always nice to you when you come to the office Mr. Motwani.  He is always on his best behavior when you come around.  He mistreats, abuses, curses and calls everyone names...from clients to employees.  Did he tell you about the time when he wouldn't do someone's job and refused to give them back their money and they came to the office and knocked his teeth out?

You come to the office two times a week, sometimes once and you spend the most two hours there.  Either Hemlall is not in the office at the time you come in, or he is on his best behavior.  You got duped Mr. Motwani.  He fooled you big time.  You should spend a week in the office, from 8 to 5, and see how many irate clients come in demanding to either get their jobs done or get their money back.  They NEVER get their money back.  He would curse them out and chase them out the office. 

I have PERSONALLY seen him take money many, many times and then NOT return a phone call.  The amount of people he has ripped off is amazing, so it really wouldn't be hard to get him locked up for what he has done.  A lot of people would be happy to testify against this man.

And you come on here and say he is helping build his community?  That is the biggest joke ever.  I hope you remain loyal to him and visit his little a*s in prison, because he will surely need a friend then.

Okay, so that last report from Mr. Nari Motwani leads me to believe that Mr. Motwani is a very trusting and naive guy, or he is in cahoots with Hemlall.  I am really hoping its the first one. 
So how do I know the last response was from Nari?  I worked for Hemlall and I recognize the email address.  Duh. 

Mr. Motwani, you have come here to this country a long time ago and have worked very hard to achieve everything you have, and you are going to sit there and tell me you believe every thing Hemlall has told you, while he on the other hand tries to swindle you?  You believe this man because HE tells YOU that he is involved with churches and he is helping others?  What proof do you have of this, other than what HE tells you.  Me on the other hand has a lot of proof, first hand. 
But you are an educated man.  Why don't you stop listening to these reports and Hemlall and take a visit to the DOB.  Ask them for records of plans YOU signed and stamped when YOU were away on your trip to India, or wherever you went on vacation ending of last year.  I know you didn't approve any of those plans personally because you weren't in the country.  And if you are saying you give him the okay to do so, that is fraud.  Plans can't be approved by someone who is NOT an engineer.  But don't take my word for it.  YOU go and investigate.  And don't bother sticking up for Hemlall either, because YOU will look like the fool, when the attorney general investigates this man and all his frauds.  Do you think he will help you then?  Unbelievable how you are believing him just because he is telling you to.  And this man had no problem doing fraud on you when you were away and here you are sticking up for him.  I really hope you are not involved in all this too Nari.  Because I stood up for you.  I know you are smarter than that, and I know you have worked hard, so are you really willing to believe him and let him steal from you? 

He talks about all his certificates he has, do you know he hasn't passed a single exam yet?  So yes, he is uneducated.  He may talk to you with knowledge about religion and speak some hindi with you.  Does that make him smart?  Come on Mr. Motwani...think about this.  I am not on here because I dislike Hemlall and want to give him a hard time.  Everything I've said so far is the absolutely truth.  Hemlall is completely different around you.  He is more mellow, he talks with you respectfully and treats you differently.  Did you know he had another engineer come there last year when you were away and he had his secretary try to copy this man's signature only like ten minutes after the guy left the office?  And you are going to vouch for this man, when you haven't seen any of this? 

As far as his charity work and him helping others.  Have you seen this fool act up if someone owes him ten dollars?  He freaks out in the office and has his secretary constantly call up a client for that ten dollars.  If you consider buying houses and then putting them under the name of a church, just so he can avoid paying taxes a good deed.  Then you are not the man I thought you were.  He over works his employees and under pays them.  Why is it YOU and your lovely wife has to take care of HIS employees for the Christmas party, while he comes and feed his fat greedy face, but doesn't contribute anything.  And he had the nerve to invite his brother over to eat too. 

You say he is not having an affair with Nalini?  How do you know that?  Because HE tells you that?  How come she joined the office two months before Christmas and she got a christmas bonus but none of the other employees who have been there more than a year got zilch?  But his affair is the least of his reputation, and not my business, but I want to bring that to your attention.  Where is his wife Savi?  Why don't YOU ask HER why she stopped working there right after Nalini started working?  She will tell you.  He will say oh she is going back to school, but She will tell you different.  So do your research before you stick up for someone who is obviously NOT loyal to you, as you are to him.  You are making a fool of yourself.  Just take that trip to DOB.  If he has nothing to hide, then why after every DOB report or asbestos report, he promptly deletes the email?  His sexy secretary is too dumb to understand so on occasion she forgets and because of the shared email address, I saw all of these emails and I have forwarded them to another account just for such an occasion. 

He doesn't know how to do a soil report so he steals another company's report and uses that.  YOU don't know that so how can you say he doesn't do that.  ALL OF HIS EMPLOYEES KNOW THAT.  Every single one of them will tell you what I'm telling you, with the exception of Nalini.  I know you like her and think she is sweet, but she is a h*o, who will probably sleep with you too if you offered her $20 bucks.  I'm sorry, but I'm not swayed by her crocodile tears.  I have no respect for her, for Hemlall, and now for you...for being a fool to believe this man, because he TOLD you otherwise.  Get a clue Motwani.

He pays everyone off the books and then tries to get them to fill out some tax form that doesn't apply to them so he can save money?  He tries to rip off everyone, everywhere AND YOU, MR. MOTWANI is not above him doing that to you.  He needs you right now thats why he is nice to you, but that doesn't stop him from ripping you off.  But like I said, YOU do the research.  You will find out the truth. 

I have forwarded emails to you last year on this fraud with the proof of his wrong doings, so if YOU chose to ignore them, thats not my fault.  And that definitely doesn't make Hemlall a good guy because you chose to believe otherwise.  You can't make a decision based on what HE is telling you and on your two to four hour visits to the office a week.  Use google.  You will see the reports about this company and on his son Jason.  If he is not commiting fraud, why did he order a seal with your name on it, WHEN YOU WERE ON VACATION?

I know Mr. Hemlall very well since last 3 years. He is doing his best to help his community by legalizing the home renovations, which were done without permit. His charges are very reasonable.
In my opinion Ms. Bham is the victim of misunderstanding. There is nothing wrong about the asbestos and concrete reports filed with city agencies. We follow the guidelines. Our technicians are licensed and very qualified in their trades.
Ms. Bham, you are wrong by accusing Hemlall in having an affair with his secretary. He is very religious and happily married. You should be thankful that he hired you & trained you. Hemlall goes extra mile to help his community members.
We are all very dedicated workers in our work. The business is slow. We are working hard to survive.

Bham, love the getalife screen name.  I will definitely look into the attorney general report.  Thanks for the info.  I would also like to do everything I can to get this man for all he's done to hard working people.  So many times I've seen him talk to a new client, and the first thing out of his mouth is money, money, money.  Its all he cares about.

And the reason no one from the company has stepped forward to protect the company's name is simply because they are all uneducated fools, like you said.  I really don't think he can read and write and the secretary he has there can't spell much either, so between the two of them, putting up a response up here would be painful for them. 

As for the seal, Nari has his own seals that he brings to the office to stamp the jobs he knows about, but during my time there I've seen Hemlall fax an order over to the rubber stamp company with Nari's info and a seal came to the office.  So that is what Hemlall uses behind Nari's back. 
I have the name of the company he used as well.  Which is fraud by the way, for both Hemlall and the stamp company. 

Keep the posts coming.  Everything you've said so far is absolutely correct and I've seen this myself.  I have no problem testifying against him if it should come to that.

However i will do whatever it takes to get AAsoil concrete testing RIPOFF REPORT at the top of google when anyone tries to search your company. Lydia knows what shes talking about, so does samtee68 and all the other ex-employees. I havent heard from Hemlall or any of his secretaries on this yet try to defend their company. Why is that? Maybe because there is nothing they can say to defend themselves all the information is right above this post, locked and loaded. So tell me Hemlall, what are you going to do when the attorney general tries to investigate? Because i can assure you they will. Lydia if you would like to put this man in jail, it would help if you too could write a report to the attorney generals office. 3 reports sent to them would really raise eyebrows. Just google attorney general, write up what you know and mail it in.

This way he can run his old fat short self to his restaurant, put on a apron and work and make his money there, until eventually, someone figures out that hes doing fraud there too. Mr. Motwani Nari please read these reports and do not ignore them. Realize that hemlall is using your stamp to complete jobs that you arent aware of. And his secretaries are capable of signing your signature. Do yourself a favor and confiscate the stamp, that way all jobs will be reported to you, fraud or not, and you will be paid the money you deserve.

Bham, you are the best!!  I have worked for this company, and when the first report showed up, Hemlall, with his shifty eyes, ran around with no purpose, and ended up firing the wrong person, whom he thought wrote the original report.  He is such an uneducated fool, this is why he steals from everyone and thinks its okay.  The lady he fired recently was very intelligent and did not have the Guyanese mentality these uneducated fools have and I think that's why he got scared and thought it was her.  Lol.  He was thinking all along he was soooo smart and he would never get caught.   But there is too much evidence.  I worked there for a while and I saw what was going on myself, and everything you have written so far, is absolutely correct.  I was so out raged by the scams and lies this man was running, that before I decided to leave the company, I forwarded a lot of emails from AA Soil to my account, just so I could have the evidence.  So lie, change passwords and shout all you want Hemlall, I already have the information, and am waiting for this whole thing to blow up in your face.  Pretty soon you will have to run your a*s back to Guyana or Brazil or where ever the hell you claimed you lived.  For a man who says he's been all over the place, sure has a small mentality, is not versatile, is racist and can't hold an intelligent conversation, unless its about him, and him, and also about him.

phone number is 917-749-0713. AA Soil & Concrete Testing along with its other branches and company names all lie under the same roof. This company is used to lead consumers into believing that they are capable of forming asbestos, concrete & soil reports. However, Hemlall Surujnarines company is incapable of performing these reports. The engineer who signs and sends these reports out is Nari Motwani Of Universal Construction & Builders Inc. , located at 91-23 116 street. Mr. Motwani however, is not aware that his engineer seal is being abused by Hemlalls company. The secretaries of AA Soil
& Concrete Testing are well aware that they need to hide all jobs that Mr. Motwani has no knowledge of. His signature is forged alongside his certified engineer seal. 

First off, an asbestos report is conducted by collecting samples from the consumers property. These samples are taken off walls, roofing, shingles and such. When the samples are taken they are sent to a lab where they are processed and
tested for asbestos. This is where Mr.Hemlall Surujnarine has outsmarted his clients. Being certified to complete asbestos reports, Surujnarine is well aware of what an asbestos infested sample looks like. Its not very hard to dictate whether a certain roofing sample, or a sample taken from a boiler room has asbestos. Hemlall, would clearly state while collecting the samples This has asbestos, dont take this one to his handy men. There are even such cases where Surujnarine would claim hes taken the sample off of the homeowners property, however he would break samples off the walls in his own office or
anywhere he gets his hands on. Surujnarine would then send those samples into the lab to be tested under the address of the owner who is paying for this report.  The samples come back, tested absent of asbestos and the report  is delivered to his client along with the freelance use of the engineers seal. The client is fooled to believe his property is asbestos free. The samples are sent to a Mr.Kleber Chalan. 
               
The next reports that are faked are soil boring reports. A soil boring test procedure is conducted in the field as well. This procedure is conducted in order for the engineer and architect to understand the permeability of the soil that is inches and inches deep. There is a machine that is used to stampede through the soil and collect a pint size portion of the soil. This is repeated until the machine has reached the desirable depth that is recommended by the architect. This procedure is completed by Surujnarines men who work in the field. At the end of this procedure the soil that was collected is placed into
jars and  brought to Hemlalls Office where his secretaries then perform a thorough investigation of the soil describing the properties of each sample collected per feet. These reports are faked as well. Hemlalls team never collects the amount of soil they are supposed to. Lets say 40 feet of soil was supposed to be collected, his men would collect half of that amount, and when writing the report feet 20-40 would be made up. His secretaries would lie about the description of the soil as well
as how much soil was collected. Another secretary would then stamp and sign for Nari Motwani on the report. The client would come in to pick up the report, pay the fee and have no knowledge of this fraud act.

 Next up is concrete reports. Otherwise known as TR2s and TR3s. I have no knowledge on what happens in this field, however I can inform you that these reports are just copies of other concrete reports. Hemlall and his team wouldnt always
test the concrete that was sent to them. In fact, they would make up results or just copy results from another concrete report and give it to the client. In fact I have Surujnarine on tape arguing with an angry client about his concrete
reports. Hemlall clearly states Why would we test concrete when we can just copy other reports? and you can hear him laughing. 

Hemlall Surujnarine along with all of AA Soil & Concrete Testing must learn their lesson. These scams have been going on for longer than 10 years. Several people have tried to put an end to this, however the right people arent contacted.

I agree with the previous report from Bham, but I am an ex-employee of AA Soil and Concrete Testing.  For 4 years I've watch Hemlall Surujnarine run scams and take people's money, then doesn't do the job.  Then he has the nerve to chase them out of the office when they come in and cause a scene about their job not getting done. 

But Nari Motwani does NOT have a clue what Hemlall does behind his back.  When Nari was on vacation, Hemlall uses Nari's seal and puts plans together and a ton of other illegal stuff.  The reason Nari is never there when you call is because he is a freelance guy.  He goes to AA Soil once or twice a week, to stamp the plans that he knows about.  He has no idea Hemlall is using his seal for plans and for Asbestos.  When a call comes in for Nari, Hemlall takes that call and pretends that HE is Nari.  Someone needs to tell Nari about this.  So don't blame Mr. Motwani.  Hemlall is the scamp, the scammer, the thief and the liar.  He buys properties as well and then claims its used for a church so he can avoid paying taxes.  This man should go to jail for all that he has done so far.  It wouldn't be hard to get him arrested either because a lot of people are angry with him and would have no problem testifying.  So get your act together Hemlall.  You are a greedy little man and your end is near. 

This has nothing to do with the business but he also sleeps with his young female employees and pays them more than the hard working people in there.  He showed up to the office one day with a cold sore on his lip (herpes).  This is just to let you know his reputation is not a good one.
