AAA Air Duct Technician damaged my ceiling leaving a 3 ft by 3ft hole in my ceiling. They promised to pay for damages but never did. Hammonton New Jersey

A AAA Air duct technician came over my house to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. He went into the attic to access my dryer vent. While he was in my attic, he stepped on drywall and his leg went through the drywall. I quickly walked over to him and pulled him back up, but the damage to my house in the form of a large hole in my ceiling was already done.

I asked the technician to waive the cost of the service, but he said he could not. So I contacted his manager, Michael. Michael told me to get someone to repair my ceiling and that AAA Air Duct would reimburse the cost of the repair. I agreed. I contacted a contractor who repaired my ceiling the following day. I paid the contractor and faxed the bill to Michael at a fax number provided by his receptionist. 

Several weeks passed and I did not hear from him, so I contacted his office. The usual receptionist answered and told me he was away and would not be back for several weeks. I waited a month and still did not hear from him, so I called his office. This time I spoke with another receptionist. I told him the whole story and he said that they do not have a fax! He said Michael would contact me tomorrow. A week has passed and no one contacted me.

So AAA Air Duct damaged my ceiling (links to pictures below), promised to pay for the repairs, but never did.
