AAA Engines Cheated Customer Chatsworth California

One of my customers purchased an engine from AAA Engines in Chatsworth California.. After the engine was installed it knocked and rattled.  I called AAA Engines 11 times and every time they have NO solution for me and tell me that they will call me back.. They have NEVER returned a single phone call.  Their engines are sub par in quality and their customer service is even worse. 

My customer has been getting the run-around from these people just like I have. He paid 3000 dollars for his engine and it is no good. They refuse to pay any labor claims or to pay me to find out what the problem is with the bad engine. Every time I call them they become angry with me.. This engine rattling is THEIR problem, not mine nor my customers. I am only trying to help my customer get their vehicle running but the people in customer service at AAA Engines are rude, they lie and are very disrespectful.  
 

Avoid this company at all cost !!! They have an F rating with the BBB , and numerous complaints from customers who have been ripped off.  These are by far the biggest crooks I have ever seen in my 20 years of being an auto technician.. I own an auto repair shop and have NO bad reviews on google or Yellow Pages after doing over 11 million dollars in repairs since I have been in business..I also have an A rating with the BBB.. The reason is because we do quality work, have great customer service and when there is an occasion challenge then we identify the problem, we are courteous and resolve the issue immediately to maintain our good standings with our customers.. AAA Engines have NO clue how to do this.. They are rude, promise to return calls and never do and will not accept responsibility for their low quality engines.. 

Avoid this company.., DO NOT BUY From this company !!!  DO NOT !!!
