AAA Pool & Spa AAA Pool & Spa has failed to return my check for $190 that I accidentally sent them when I was no longer a customer. Palm Desert California

AAA Pool & Spa did a terrible job cleaning my pool, at one point the guy Chuck sent, just stopped coming. The result was an algae filled pool that needed to be nursed back to health. Every time I confronted him, he hit me up for more money. He said he could probably maintain the pool for more money. Which was, by the way a brand new/easy to maintain system. After damaging my pool due to negligence, he informed me that a number of parts needed to be replaced. Parts that should not have needed replacement for a number of years due to how new the pool was. I paid, and got on with my life, but recognized the need to cancel my service and move on. I cancelled service with AAA Pool & Spa in June 2014. In September 2014 I accidentally sent them a check for $190. After three weeks of trying to get Chuck and Cindy to return my check, they refused to return my calls.
