Through eBay I purchased a toner refill kit for a Brother laser printer. I tried to refill the first cartridge and you could only tell there was more toner on one end, the end where there is access to the toner mix box. I emailed the company several times asking how to successfully recharge my printer toner and he couldn’t tell me how to make it work. So, I filed a dispute with eBay and PayPal and was promised a refund, just send the product back. I sent it back on either his label or eBays and never got a refund because I didn’t keep the label and have a tracking number.

Well first of all the label was provided to me so someone knows he got it and it was not delivered back to me as undeliverable. This guy seems to have trouble with the English language as you will see he offers to “tell me another cartridge” which I shouldn’t have to do just because I bought something from him that doesn’t work and he can’t tell me how to make it work.

First of all you're the only one who has used profane language so don't accuse me of it and you must have missed the part about I used to service toner imaging devices and an perfectly qualified to diagnose a bad drum.My drum worked fine till it ran low on toner which your kit was supposed to correct and failed to.

The only reason this has gone on for so long is you apparently not qualified enough to tell a customer how to make toner go from one end of a toner box to another. My toner cartridge works perfectly but for it's out of toner.

If you want your trash that doesn't work and you don't know how to make it work; unable to tell someone in the trade how to make it work, then the problem is YOURS. If you want your worthless product back, send me the postage and I'll be glad to take it to the post office. In the meantime, I will be filing a complaint with eBay as well for your foul mouth abuse of me because you and your product are clearly a failure.I never used any cursing or foul language. it's you that is verbally abusive and and have NO BUSINESS tarnishing the eBay name. The complaint will be filed today, mark my word Mr. Foul Mouth.

First of all I used to repair copy machines, I know the difference between a bad drum and low toner, like the machine warning system was telling me. When I put the toner through the only access to the mix box, it darkened the copies on one side only, the side the access to fill was.

I asked you how to get the toner in successfully and several times had no solution as we traded messages. your only solution was to "tell" me another complete cartridge which I didn't need since I had a cartridge replenishment kit.

I don't remember you being at my location to diagnose the "bad drum". The drum in the cartridge I was using worked great till I installed your toner replenishment kit. I have purchased these kits before with NO issues and you couldn't tell me how to make your kit work properly. Perhaps the problem I have is YOU don;t understand the business.

I already told a few times , you don't have any knowledge of refilling, the problem is your bad toner cartridge or Drum,

I already gave you a solution, buying a new cartridge. Millions of people are using this toner refill.

Go ahead request return for refund.

The toner mechanism worked fine, the drum had no problem, it just started obviously become low on toner so I filled it as described and it only changed the printed image on part of 1 side. How do you get the toner to replenish the whole cartridge?

it is very limited and hard to imagine that.

But, in my experienced , you don't know well yet.

it could be your bad drum and bad PCR roller, or your Bad cartridge that all the parts are out of life, such as Developer Roller and cleaning blade and sealing blade and many other parts are no good, and I think you just refill it.

I can tell you. You neew new toner cartridge

My problem is not resetting, I get no error codes, this is a Brother DCP Multi Function Copier. I need to know where you dump the recharging toner in? Like I said before, there is a white cup that fills a hole on one side. I pried that cup out and shot the toner in that cavity and the copies were terrible after that, there was a slight improvement in the copy on one side only. I ended up having to throw the cartridge out and replacing it with another short run cartridge.

How do you get the toner in and evenly distributed?

Hi, Brother refilling its the most easiest thing to do. BUT, it needs a lot of things to know.

its not just refilling. it also requires reposition the gear to the starting point.

and it also needs to reset the printer to clear a lot of fake messages.

How do you load this toner in the device that holds the mix to make copies? I opened a plug in the end of the box zmd shot it in there and it didn't work.
