Sr.
Michael Lueng, claimed he has been doubted by the Queen. About 9 month ago I was convinced by several of his colleagues Zonny Lerlumn (An Architecture) and Jackie Chan (His right hand man). When he travels, hes always had a Chinese staff with him; he came across as a sincere
generous man who has connections with the Chinese investor(s) as I and everyone thought.!
After several meeting with this man his ideas on development with no directions and staff himself with retire police officers with no development experiences (Reason is in Asians Country if our policemen you are connected as American are differ). He will takes you around site-visits and take pictures after pictures and asked to work with the local governments to support his (pipe) dream. He claims to bring Chines money to develop real
estate. With his posies, constantly piercing though new people contacts, using
creditable names to gets in with the local governments and then takes picture promising to uplift their communities and municipalities giving their open arms supports.
America Asia Amity Association (AAAA) is a non-for profit along with America Asia Africa Chamber of Commences (AAACC) is company (Control by Sr. Michael) that assists the local communities to build a better place as he promoted himself. Creating morels by traveling in group it seems like the Chinese is coming to develops America with excitement
Each year he held several functions with about 500 to 600 people show up buying $250 per/plate donations for good cause some are corporate sponsors. He charges $500 per year to be a member of this group. Hes takes video from America and then go to his office in Macau China and frame it; then reversed the same thing bring Governor and senator from US to China creating mirage with all the Chine wanting to support him as well. because of his marketing skill.
The trick is; hes never plan to build anything just want to create picture and
promised people who has been with him for yeas; he has never pay and convince people to do the work promising them the investor(s) is coming but years after years he had done this to other with embarrassment. He makes about $500k to $1M in baiting and influences for living over 20 years and no one has challenge his books. I was told by Chinese girl who wrote and translate all American and Chinese for him he have a lot of money but dont pay people; he took her to the meeting after meeting; when asked to be drop back at home, hed dump her out at the unknown gas station an hour from her home with no direction of how to get back.
Beware of this great con-man as someone should really think when dealing with this man. He make fault promised and will ruin your contacts for faults hope

My name is Sir Michael Leung a resident of Queens, New York City. My attention has been drawn to a malicious and false posting on your website by someone hiding behind the cloak of anonymity to spread unwarranted flagrant lies, unfounded misrepresentations and spiteful disinformation posted to malign my personality and my group the American African Asian Chamber of Commerce (AAACC).
I am requesting the Administrator of the RIPOFF REPORT to take immediate and necessary action to investigate this claim, post this response, repudiate the claim and expunge same from your website and from internet search engines altogether.
Please see my position to these false accusations:
- The person that wrote this claim obviously knows me. Based on the information it contains, he has interacted with me. Like everyone who has met and interacted with me he knows that I have lived in Queens for over 30 years and he knows my office. If he had a meritorious claim against me, he could have easily spoken directly with me or even sought legal redress instead of hiding behind the anonymity of the web to malign my personality and engage in unfounded character assassination.

- I am a founding member of American African Asian Chamber of Commerce, and this organization has been directly involved with several projects in United States and Asia for several years and still does today.
- The AAACC has sponsored many visits for business people and community leaders to China fully paid for by myself and the AAACC including the cost of air tickets, visas, hotel accommodations for the duration of the visits, local travel while in China AND stipends for each member of the delegation. Additionally, AAACC hosts dinners at some of the finest restaurants in New York, organized by AAACC and collaborating organizations to promote members’ business. This person may have been a beneficiary of these PAID benefits courtesy of AAACC and myself since he has details of them. Yet, he never mentioned that HE has personally benefitted from all these free dinners and free travel without offering anything to the AAACC or me in return.
- He claimed AAACC organized Dinners and travel plans to get Sir Michael Leung enrich his pocket. How does one spend thousands of dollars to entertain others without asking anything in return and yet enrich his pockets. Of course, the Association members benefit from the networking, but it is impossible for me to line my pockets with fictitious dollars.
- Not once has anyone claimed that the AAACC has perpetrated any wrong doing or been involved in any fraudulent law suit. Neither has this person ever stated in his lengthy expose, that Sir Michael defrauded him or collected money from him or even refused to pay him for a job done. The fact is, he cannot say this because it never happened. There is no iota of evidence to suggest that I or even AAACC ever received money from anyone illegally, then, how can he claim that I am a Con-man?
- The bottom-line is that this man has maligned my character, impugned my integrity and caused me grave harm, both monetary and emotional. Nothing he states points to anything I have done to financially or morally injure anyone. Everything he says points to the fact that I, along with the AAACC have instead promoted and benefitted many individuals and partners through our selfless service.

In view of the above, I am requesting the RIPOFF REPORT to investigate this person’s claim further, and finding no basis for it, remove from your website and prevent its searchability on online search engines. Even if the RIPOFF REPORT does not generally conduct investigations, the very toxic and woefully wrongful nature of this person’s claim is sufficient to take the important step of removing it from your website.
The RIPOFF REPORT must understand that this is serious character assassination and unfounded lie again me. It is seriously damaging hence it is imperative that the RIPOFF REPORT immediately remove this malicious and baseless claim from its website. Nothing short of acceding to this request will be acceptable to me.
Finally, I am hereby writing to the General Public to discount this unfounded, malicious and baseless claim from this faceless person. This person has attacked me without pointing to one single instance of wrong-doing on my part. Worse than that, this person has attacked me without even a shred of evidence pointing to the possibility of wrongdoing on my part.
