AAAPortal Albert Golukhov Fraudulent Ebay Seller who hid that item was 220 volts and not 110 Los Altos Hills California

I bought a item from Albert Golukhov who goes by the screen name of AAAportal on ebay.

I looked over the text of his ad which failed to include the most important info that the item could only be used with 220 volt power and couldn't be used with 110 commonly found in every home and business. He then failed to give me my money back even though he has a 14 day back return policy, I filed a compliant with ebay as I think it is fraud and should not have to pay 25% of sale price and for return shipping for an item I can't use when he could have posted in the text of the ad that it only works in 220 and not hidden it. His defence is there were additional pics, where if you look very closely at a very small portion of the pictures that show the plug and you happen know what a 220 plug looks like vs a 110 edison plug then you can figure out on your own that it requires 220 and not 110.

Ebay refunded me my money and shipping cost. but the real issue to me is he is still posting for another item he has and he is being fraudulent in the exact same way on other items. Which makes it look like he think this is a good way to do business to make 25% of the money if he has to except a return instead of a one time mistake.
