I had an agreement with this company to make a mirror drive of my corrupted and flailing hard drive. We also agreed to them delivering a new custom made PC with an external back up drive and a battery back-up system.

Initially they sent some kid to my office instead of some senior or partner from their office as promised. This kid wasted hours and hours of my time over more than one day going into the evening hours. I have witnesses to this. He asserted to me that he was not sure what he was doing and kept calling somebody from his company for advice.

I did receive the mirror drive back but it did they did not retrieve all of my data as originally promised. They also could not do the work themselves after we contracted with their services and had to send my hard driver to a specialist. This was not our agreement and then they tried to charge me more money. There was no proof they sent the driver anywhere or if it was as damaged as they proported it to be.

In the end, Edmund Szamborski and other employees from AAcess lied to me. The PC they built for me which they stated would be much better than anything on the market such as a Dell of HP, turned out to be a piece of crap. I have encountered so many computer problems and paid for services to repair them since. Each day with no exaggeration, there seems to be a problem. The PC is so slow that it is like watching ice melt.

When they invoiced me for the balance I did not pay it and asked for money back as they did not perform or provide what they promised. They are lairs and con artists.

They sneaked in a complaint to small claims court and obtained a judgement. I was never properly served in person thus not aware of the court date. They then executed judgment against me and was later told by the court that there was nothing I could do.

In an e-mail from Edmund Szamborski he demanded "we successfully delivered a new computer to you. We successfully recovered your data. Pay for those services immediately."

The truth is they did not deliver a quality computer as promised. They did not successfully recover all my data. There is no evidence that there were all these problems with my computer in the first place. You are at their mercy. There is absolutely no evidence that they even sent the drive to an outside service and how much was charged. In fact, they caused tremendous damage to my business. I warn anybody out there to stay away from these fraudsters. I have evidence to support the problems with this PC and thousands of hours wasted trying to fix one problem or another since.

They have offices also at 149 Westchester Avenue in Port Chester NY, 229 Harrison Avenue in Harrison NY and 2107 Boston Post Road in Larchmont NY. Thewir site is www.aaccess.net. Their phone is 914-479-0286

I apologize that you were not satisfied with the service you received. Our goal is to ensure 100% client satisfaction. We have been helping individuals and businesses for over 10 years. After locating your file, I have found the following Information, we recovered 100% of your data, however when reinstalling your software you did not have a proper license, and we cannot install software without a valid license key. You informed us that you had problems, with the computer. We came to your home office to rectify the issue. The problem you had was your program would not work due to the missing license.

After you informed us you were still not satisfied, we offered you an opportunity to return the computer to us for a full credit. You refused to return the computer because you said you needed it to run your business, even though you also said it did not work.

After 90 days, you did not pay for the computer, nor did you return it. We attempted to contact you numerous times to work out a fair resolution, and you responded with threats of violence and legal action.

We then took you to small claims court, which you did show up for, and the judge ruled in our favor. Even in court which was 10 months later, We still extended the offer to return the computer to us, and you refused.

We do strive to do what ever necessary to make sure all our clients are satisfied, and I am sorry we could not come to a amicable resolution.
