AAMCO Transmissions ripoff Had 4 Times Of Taking it apart And still Not Repaired $2691.00 And Need $310.00 Will Pay If Head quarters Says To But Feel Not Right Saint Augustine Florida

Mechanic rode with me And Said something was wrong. Took The Car There On July 18,2004. Got The Car Back and was Told The car was fixed And Not True. Had To Take the car Back. 30 mins Later Car Would not go in reverse. I was Dressed in heels And Suit pushing the car back cause no reverse. In parking lot very disappointed.

I Had Heard for two weeks how the car was like new. So I paid 2000.00 Cash And paid A check for the remainning $591.34. I was On The Way Out On Vacation To Arkanas With My Car And Had To Get A Family Member To Take My Son Back And forth to work For The 12 Days I Was Gone due to the Fact His Car Was Not Fixed.

So I Made An Error by Not Transferring The Monies To The Checking And the Check Bounced. Also The Bank Merged. Well Beside The Point. I Paid The Difference When I got back From Vacation. So Paid It In Full With Cash Got Reciept And Asked For Returned check to be returned. And still No returned Check And No Call Back.

Then The Car was Not Right When We Picked It up on August 07,2004. So 10 Days Later we returned back For the 10 Day Check Up. Told them That's not right And they responded "Hey Lady You Drive A 2003 Car So this one will not drive like that one this is it..."

Well We Then Drove 3000 Later Total Mileage Driven Since Recieved on August 7,2004. So we took it back on it by and leave it with us at your convenience.

So on the monday evening Nov.08,2004 My Son Dropped it off At Night And Dropped the keys into the drop box. Well Then it all took place again They called many times about the same song and dance the car will be ready by end of business today.

Well that promise was twice And Yet Again Not Correct. He Called Me Almost Every Day For 10 Days Later. When I picked the car up today and I was so pissed off at the response of his words of Hey So you're the One That will Be $310.09. I Asked if customer Service Meant Any Thing to him After All The inconvenience that this company has made on the family and his concern for the money.

The transmission was taken apart 4 times. The First 2 times and the parts that caused this foul up was not covered due to it happened over night but when they had the car apart the first 2 times, never said anything about the parts less then 3 Months And 3000 Miles. So on the 3rd time of repairing this same transmission then these parts caused him to rebuild it a third time but to only give me papers on the 2nd trip and the fourth trip And Still Not Fixed So The Car Still Sits Not Fixed. And they Want the $310.09. Which will Pay if the headquarters will Fix The Car Correctly For The Car Vaule is $4200.00 But Car Has Been Kept Very Well For Being A 1995 And Thought The Vaule for the repair would last more than 3 Months on the road for my son to get to school and football and Work to pay for these expenses. Well A really Good response And Better repair would be Helpful. For you were highly recommended and I can Not say the same. After 6 Visits In 3 Months And Still not fixed.
