Aanes associates Aanes abuse , damage and steal Montrose, California

OMG! This was our worst nightmare! 

Aanes agent called us at 5am Saturday  screamed at me on the phone and said that he was taking our car for repossession and if we were interested to pick up our personal stuff we should come and get it. We came outside i had my car keys with me and he screamed and demanded that i give him the key and only in that case he would give us our stuff that we had in the car. 
He didn't show us any paperwork, no name, no business card. He just kept yelling at us when we asked him simple questions about who he is and why he is taking my car. ( I had no idea that Toyota repossessed it.  ) 
Because he was so aggressive my husband started filming everything what was going on and the agent saw us doing it. The guy got pissed off, called me names and cursed my husband. We have it all on the video. He said we would not give us our stuff back because we were "playing games" with him. He said he was happy that we had a full tank of gas in the car, so he can have a joyful ride all weekend.
He was clearly dangerous and we were afraid to come close to him. I started calling the police but the guy drove away.
We didn't pick up any of our personal property that night.
Because it was a weekend and then Monday was Columbus day we arranged a pick up of our personal property only following Tuesday.We drove 40 min to the repossession company to discover that most of our personal stuff was stolen . The guy was "nice" enough to keep the baby car seat but he stole the rest. In the car we had 2 huge bags of our wedding gifts, valued over $2000 + some cash . My husband's RayBan glasses were stolen and my Cavalli Snake sunglasses were not there anymore, total value of two sunglasses was $750 When we talked to the owner he said that the guy had a history of been aggressive in the past and that he ll take care of it. The question is why the owner didn't take any actions last time and kept him in his company? But here our story doesn't end. When i tried to start my car it didn't work. Aanes manager brought jumpstart battery and that didn't work. So the guy clearly broke the car because before that i was driving it and it was in perfect condition. No wonder he was excited to a full tank of gas. He probably drove it all weekend and broke it! ( When we came the manager said that the car came in yesterday...meaning Monday....where da hell was it from Saturday morning till Monday? ) Congratulation Aanes, you have a case to deal with now.....
