Aaraon's Rent is debiting people's accounts without knowledge to the person. I paid for my son's bill one time with my debit card and it was suppose to be taken off file, but they did not remove it from file. So they did this and threw my account into overdraft the manager was polite, but the GM was one of the most rude men I have ever spoken with. I wish that something could be done about companies doing this.

but aarons is the 2nd largest company in RTO...and if you are happy with the roper washer and dryer from RAC..good for you! most people like the maytags that Aarons sale. Oh did i say that for a company going out of business that Aarons made over 2 billion dollars last year...but what do i know maybe they should have made 5 billion last year.

I agree. Aaron's used to be a very good company. The company I worked for a few years ago sent me on temporary assignment to several cities across the country. Each time I would rent a house and stock it with furniture from Aaron's. Aaron's always had top-notch furniture and very helpful and polite people working for them. I never had a problem. Then a couple of years ago I needed a washer and dryer for a short period of time, and I went to Aaron's. It took them 3 days to deliver the merchandise. Then, after a week, the washer broke down. After 2 weeks of calls, lies and missed appointments ( all on THEIR part ), I went to Rent A Center and had a new washer the same afternoon. I called Aaron's to come get their junk that was now sitting on my back porch. It took them another 2 weeks to come and get it. The employees were rude, and their merchandise was bottom of the barrel. A complete change from what they used to be. Aaron's has gone downhill FAST, and will soon be out of business, I'm sure. From what I read and hear about them, they have become the scum of the RTO business. You can't survive like this in a world of competition.
