These are the most ignorant group of people I have ever encountered in my entire life, especially the manager, who of all people should be the most professional. We started our account at the end of September. Our initial payment covered everything up to the 15th of October. We made a drop payment in October.

The day after or I should say the next business day, I receive a call at work about a payment that was due. He (Mike) wasn't nice at all. He was talking to me as if I was a ghetto, welfare receiving idiot. This goes on and on all of the time. We received one (the first payment) statement in the mail to let us know when our payment was actually due. The "manager" I talked with said that the statements are sent from Atlanta, GA. Anyway, when we make a payment, they call the next day, either at home or work, leaving silly messages on the phone. I really think that they get bored during the week and try to find something to do.

My husband, who works 10pm-6:30am, is usually at home during the day was awakened by loud bumps on the door Monday morning after a drop box payment on Friday night. Now if we are in default why didn't they come to the house Saturday? Why wait until Monday. This time they cursed out! We usually ignore them because we know we have made payments, but enough is enough. They are rude and they have one leg over the illegal side of the fence. I would love to know a number to the district office or home office.
