I rented a couch off Aaron's the cushions and pillows both went flat and started falling apart. We did not use this couch very often and within (2) months it was falling apart. They did evenually ordered me new cushions (started falling apart with (3)weeks of receiving).

I was told they wanted to see if the pillows could be refilled by a local company and would have them contact me (NO ONE EVER CONTACTED)if not they would replace pillows. They never had ANYONE contact us I called several times but was ignored. They wouldn't hold up to the promise due to the fact it was about paid off. All they want is your money!

They don't care about any promises or about the quatlity of their merchanise. They make CHEAP FURNITURE! Then they harrass if your late a day for payment! They keep making promies to fix or get it taken care, but DO NOT!

I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our company however diligence is needed when working with people trying to solve porblems. The sales manager should have taken the time to let u know what we honor all maintenance and warranty for our products while on lease agreements also after a customer has paid out we still warranty and service items for up to 60days even though you have paid out. Please go back and remind them of this and I am sure they will help you out if not ask to speak to the Regional Manager he or she will defiantley assist you.
