AARP - Membeship Services Paid for renewal membership in October; cannot get renewal card issued Lakewood, California

I have tried three consecutive times to get a renewal card. Three consecutive times I was told they were sent. They never were.  I even emailed the CEO, Mr. Addison Barry Rand. He did not bother to answer, nor did his office. This is so distressful and frustrating. How can I get my renewal card?
