Phili Piccolo is a liar, cheat and a thief. In fact he started AATCM by bashing other companies that are still in business today. AATCM had a solid plan for the members but it wasn't as thought out as he has disbanded all of the members of AATCM into several smaller other companies.
If I had to choose one grip to write about it would be his obvious lack of integrity as he is still to this day asking for money to pay his debts and future scam plans.
AATCM had over 100,000 members and although not all purchased something many did and this created millions in commissions, but guess what this a$$ did, he stopped paying commissions nearly a year ago... but still continues to sell product. I know because I get his e-mails soliciting products and have yet to receive all of the money he owes me.
Phil is the type to respond to this so I'll save you from having to wait... he will claim that he was taken advantage of, he will claim that the companies that he partnered with with screwed up AATCM. He will throw up his religious shield and not take the blame for anything he has done in the past. Maybe his partner in crime Paul Morris will show up to defend him, but I think he is smarter then that - out of the two phil has to come out from the background because he can't keep his mouth shut... paul is the kind who will sit back and remain silent - so I'm letting you off lightly Paul - but I can open that door if the opportunity presents itself.
Phil has threatened me personally and cost me more money then I care to discuss from his underhanded manner. My name will not come out because he is sure to find a way get back at me.
I don't write these things to do any harm to anyone - I'm writing this to prevent others from falling into his web. If you even think that Phil is involved in a company your looking at... run don't walk - away as fast as you can.
If he has sold you on a plan as he does to so many others just google his name... there you will find even more.
Honestly I'm exhausted talking about this guy which is why I'm short on posting the same facts over and over again but since Phil somehow managed to keep off of this site with his recent scams I had to say something.
If Phil has duped you - speak up silence will do nothing.

Hi Michael. Well, sorry you had to have a run in with the infamous Phil Piccolo. I totally agree with everything you said about him. I DO, however, have one small point of contention. I know who Paul Morris is... and he isn't anything like what you've described him to be. Paul Morris cut business ties with Phil Piccolo quite some time ago. Paul is a GOOD man who has a BAD long time friend (Phil Piccolo) whom he has known for well over 30 years. Paul has tried, unsuccessfully, to give Phil advice and to try to steer him in the right direction. Of course, Phil always knows better and doesn't listen. Like I said, I know Paul Morris personally and he IS a man of integrity... I'm quite certain that Phil has more than likely in times past placed Paul in situations in which Paul has had to try to gracefully extricate himself -- which is why, I believe, that Paul has no more business dealings with Phil. After all, if you get in the pen with the pig -- even if you're not a pig -- if you spend enough time in there, you're going to come out smelling like one! Paul understood that principle and I believe that he has placed the kabosh on business dealings with Phil Piccolo. Paul is now associated with an ethical company that is doing very well and has been for nearly 4 years now.
