This company is a joke, they advertise a 30 day guarentee, they charge you an initial 14.95. I ordered this product and called before I recieved the product to cancell it. They told me to deny the package and when they recieve it at the warehouse they will refund the 14.95.

Its been 3 months, Ive called a m illion times, almost everyday and never recieved my money. I then called for the last week and everyday asked to speak with a supervisor, No one could ever get me to a sup. I left my number with 2 representatives and a sup never called me back.

I wake up the next morning hoping to see my 14.95 back in my account. A 30.00 charge was taking from the company.. This was just the beginning I thought. I was trying to be a good customer and not go to my bank and just charge it back but I have no choice, almost 3 months later 45.00 in the hole and the company will not put my money in the account. Every time I call they say 3-5 days, Do they mean months?

Ive never reported a company to ripoff.com but this is the worst company Ive ever dealt with.

Ab Coaster Customer Service

I hope I do not have the same problem as the person reported, however, I have already had problems and I do not even have my unit yet.  I was torn as to where to purchase the unit, from Walmart or Ab Coaster.  Walmart - I could pick up in 7 days max, AB Coaster was 3-4 weeks with the so called express processing (not shipping) So I decided to go to Walmart as I wanted my unit right now, then I received a call from someone in the USA and asked me a series of QA questions and ultimately promised I would have my unit by June 14 and no later.  They also gave me a wonderful upgrade and a discount, etc..  I was to get an email with all my information and never received it so I went online to check and they had my email wrong and my street name wrong etc. and the kicker was, it stated Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  I tried calling and kept getting a call center in INDIA of which was no help and provided invalid information for my delivery date of June 18 (saturday) which UPS does not deliver on Sat for the type of service they use.  Which means I was not told the truth. I called UPS they have not picked it up and ABC says it was shipped and they did not offer any help in getting the unit to me on time.  I will be gone out of town for 3 weeks when it arrives.  Now, if it gets here on time great but my point being, is that I too asked for a supervisor and they would not give me one.  In addition, the warranty online says 60 days and I was told 1 year, however, they gave me the 6 year warranty for what it is worth.  In short, when you deal with farmed out call centers out of the USA, you get no where, all nice people but they are robots and have no answers and can do nothing.  I hope this is the last of my problems and the unit gets here on time even with the wrong spelling of the street name.

The complaint on this website about the AB COASTER is bogus.

Everyone who is entitled to a refund or any other customer service matter receives prompt and courteous service in a timely manner.

Copied below is a word-for-word transcript of an un-edited email received recently from a customer for AB COASTER who had a customer service issue, which was resolved promptly to her total satisfaction:

I recently purchased an AbCoaster online. During assembly and while cutting off some packaging, I inadvertently cut a wire on the product that goes to the counter. I immediately called the customer service line and got a wonderful young man. (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) First of all, my call was answered promptly and when I explained the problem to the customer service rep he told me he could send me a replacement part that day and suggested I not return the damaged part so I wouldn't have to pay for postage. This problem was handled sooo professionally and promptly that I wanted you to know how pleased I am. Unfortunately, this kind of service is rare and situations like this frequently entail a lot of wasted time and stress to get a problem resolved. Most companies hear the complaints and often people don't take the time to send compliments and I wanted you to know. I wish I could remember the young man's name so you could show him this email. I spoke with him on Monday, June 16 in the morning if that helps.
