Abanco International False Representation By Sales Staff Lied in order to get the contract signed, Bad customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ripoff Chicago Illinois

I met the sales person from abanco in 2005 at my local chamber of commerce.

She came to my office and explained how the system worked and what it could do for my business.

I was told that if I ever had any problems at all then I could call or visit the local sales office in Escalon where the sales team meets every Friday.

When I found out that I had not got what was supposedly sold to me I called the sales manager and left several messages, I also called the sales rep who reffered me to the sales manager, no reply EVER.

I emailed them several times, still no reply.

I called the 1800 number and was treated very poorly by the person on the other end to the point that I asked for a supervisor, the supervisor came on the line and was rude also.

I complained about my over all treatment and was almost laughed off the phone.

Next step, I contacted customer service through the web site, this seemed to work as I recieved a call from someone saying he was the CEO of Abanco and apologising for my treatment.

The next time I recieved a bill I called to cancell the agreement and they did this without issue.

However I did recieve a bill for early termination of the contract, I wrote to them, no reply, I emailed them, the email was passed arround to several people who also did not reply.

I went to the Escalon office and found it to be a PO box in a storage facility.

Not sure what is going on now but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
