ABC Distributing - LTD Commodities Poor Billing Practices, No Cust. Service, Excessive Shipping Charges ripoff Deerfield Illinois

I have been a customer with ABC for many years and they just keep getting worse and worse. They have a pay in 10 days policy but most of the time you don't even receive the product until days after it is due and then you get nasty e-mails and phone calls because you haven't paid your bill. I have e-mailed them several times on this matter but it lays on deaf ears. I was hopping that when LTD took them over it would get better. It hasn't yet.

When they backorder things they are backordered for months at a time. Sometimes after waiting all that time for the item you may get it or all of a sudden they don't carry it any more.

They take orders and break them up into several different shipments and charge huge shipping amounts, sometimes shipping just one item in a box when they could have put them all together.

I never call customer service any more because the phone call would cost more than the problem because you are put on hold forever. If you are lucky enough to get someone they are snotty and very unhelpful.

Wish I could find a better company to go with. I have about had it and will be pulling my account with them.
