Placed a sell order on December 26 and shipped them by gift card priority mail (with tracking). The website shows they received it and started to process it. But has been showing "Review" in the order process for more than 4 days now.

When I tried to call and inquire, all reached was an automated system and put on hold for 7-8 minutes, each time being told I would speak with the next available operator. Well each time I waited and was put through to voicemail after waiting. This happened 4 times! Left a message the last time and it says I will get a call back by the ends of the day! Never happened. Never could reach a person! Send a message through their website and though I received an automated response, never heard back!

It stated very clearly on their website that for all sell orders, payment will be made within 24 hours ofr receipt of them receiving the card. Well that clearly didn't happen!! Still waiting to hear back from them - have doubts that I ever will. Either terrible customer service or complete scam - can't tell you which yet!

Same Experience

I ordered nearly $3000 of gift cards through ABC on 12/27/2012.  I soon after received an email saying that they were being sent via USPS and I should receive them within 1-3 days.  It is two weeks later and still nothing.  I have emailed them and finally got a response back asking for the order numbers (I had sent them the tracking numbers) so I provided those.  Still no response after providing those.  Have tried to call multiple times and get the same experience were you wait on hold, never get through and eventually just get dumped into voice mail where they say they will get back to you within 1 business day but do not.  Just a little communication would go a really long way if this is not a ripoff.  Anyway, pretty soon I will contact BBB and my credit card company.

This is not a scam

I sold a gift card to ABC on December 27. Aftre giving them my bank account info so that I could receive a direct deposit for the sale, I was concerned after reading these reports. But I received my deposit this morning, less than two weeks after mailing the card. I have no problems with this company whatsoever and would use them again.
