ABC Wheel And Tire ripoff they say "we have items in stock SEND DEPOSIT then oh they aren't in stock we don't return money buy more stuff" what thieves La Crescenta California

To Whom This May Concern,

I ordered rims and tires from ABC wheel and tire in California. They told me to send them money through western union.

When I sent 1/2 the money then called them back to start the order instead of my balance being $538 dollars now it became $938 dollars. I told him I could not afford the extra hidden fees to send me only rims and tires and no accessories. We had an agreement to send only rims and tires for $1098.00. When I sent the rest of the money 2 days later he said to call him back to see when my order will be shipped.

I called him later that day and he said my rims and tires are on back order call back tomorrow. Now he has my money but he does not have my order. I could not wait 3 weeks for the order he told me he had in stock. So he offered me a set of rims and tires of lesser value for more money than I had spent already. The only option he gave me was to send him more money for a different set that cost more money. When I told him that's impossible to charge me more for a set that was of lesser value, he said now I have no choice but to buy accessories anyway so either I buy cheaper rims for more money or I have no choice but to buy accessories for my first order.

Now he wants me to send another $300 dollars so he can tell me the rims and tires I had originally ordered are still backordered. I told him I just wanted what I had ordered from the beginning. He told me he is not going to give me what I had paid for unless I pay for the $300.00 accessories that are all of sudden mandatory. He did not specify that these accessories were mandatory when we place the order.

Now he became impatient with me and started to get upset and telling me he doesn't have time to deal with bogus customers like me after he has $1000.00 of mine. This company takes advantage of customers that are not local. They took my money and now they do not want to work with me to resolve this situation.

There are a lot of rip-off reports that people have filed with the better business bureau. This company does not want to give me my money or the order I had originally placed. Ralph the man that took care of me told me to call my attorney and don't call him back ever again. I am another victim added to the list. This company should have been out of business along time ago according to other victims that have files complaints.

They tell you what you want to hear until they have your money then all of sudden they are not in stock when 1 hour ago he said he had them in stock. He works in this place every day and he knew he did not have these rims and tires in stock but that is how they got my money by telling me they were in stock. Now I have no money or my merchandise. Please help me resolve this problem that will be with me forever.
