On 02/02/2013 I spoke with Justin Brown about an up-coming move from NJ to ATL. I gave him my creditcard info because he said that I needed to do so to secure my date. I later called on 02/05 and cancelled because we were not too sure if we were moving just yet. I then spoke with Neal about having my furnitures stored in NJ by a certain date, but at the time I was driving to work and I told him that I first needed to get confirmation from my husband first so I will get back with him later. I never agreed to anything just yet, I said I would call him back. About a week later I got home and listen to my messages only to hear a message starting that they were dropping the pods off at my house in three days. I was a bit furious at that time because I did not call him back to confirm nor did I sign a contract with them. I called that same night and spoke with someone I guess in their dispatch center, and told him of my concerns. I also said that they should not drop any containers at my house because I did not confirm the dates or if I was still interested in having it done yet. He said that he would put a note in the computer and that I don't have to worry. I also tod him that I don't want my creditcard charge because I did not approve of anything just yet. He said that I don't have to worry about it, it won't happen. Without my knowledge the company still apparently sent the movers to my house. We were not home at the time but I found out through my bank that they tried to take money from my account. I called and spoke with a representative name Lori Graham about the incident and she told me that she did not see any cancellation done by me. I've been going back and forth with this situation, because now they are sending a bill. Please don't even call their so-called head office because they are no better. I spoke with them today and got a call back from some lady indicating that my bill has been forwarded to a "collection company" and I need to call them. Seriously??!!? it's only been a little over a month and the bill was sent to a collection agency??? I refuse to pay for something I did not agreed too and I have e-mails to prove it. I never signed a contract with this company and I will do everything I can to put a stop to this wrong doing.
